		<description>&lt;b&gt;This was taken in ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; This was taken in 2007 . . . now, buses run through the development, and the mixed-use idea seems to be fairly successful, although the type of stores (Best Buy, Bed Bath &amp; Beyond, Old Navy, PetSmart and Starbucks) that have taken root are not helping keep Austin weird.  Better than driving out of town to them, though.</description>
