Our forefathers founded a democratic nation that would invite all walks of life to equally experience opportunity. The mistake they made was not outlawing slavery immediately. It was lack of foresight on their part. It ended After 100 years of the amoral outmoded practice using natives of Africa as slaves. What this did was taint the perspective of the African immigrant of this land, and permit an unfair perception of Africans. If our founding fathers could, they’d apologize for this injustice.
