I know how them people work. I went through that whole thing with my daughters dad and he kept her from me for 2 months and I finally got tired of it all and hired a lawyer a very good lawyer and he took my court papers that i had from going to court with my daughters dad showing that I had custody and they were not allowed to keep my daughter away from me without proving it. They are not allowed to keep your child for more then 24 hours if they can't prove you are unfit. I would hire a lawyer right now... And if you have custody of your son, you can call the police and make a kidnapping charges against your son's father. I should know, I have went through this problem with my daughter. And it happen once and only once. He tried to pull it again a few times but he always lost because I had hired a lawyer the first time and had proven I was a fit mother.<br><b>References : </b><br> HIRE A LAWYER NOW!!!!!!! Maybe sort through the paperwork to find something against the father. Even if you have to lie to get your baby back, its better than either of you suffering. You should get your son's medical records together that proves he has asthma and a spinal condition and present this to social services. This will also prove that he's not getting the medical attention he needs. As a matter of fact, see if you can get a new caseworker assigned to your case because the one you have right now is very incompetent. It's so messed up! You're not alone though. The father of my child is like this also, although we haven't had social services get involved I know every visit were a step closer...My ex just got remarried (after only seeing our son 5 times in 2 years) now he wants to play house with my son and the new wife just eats it up.....I hope all of this works out for you and you can Email me if you want to vent :) Good Luck !<br><b>References : </b><br> I’m so sorry you’re going through this !
