The premier Resort, Buccament Bay is looking good, with some fabulous rewards I remember receiving emails back in 2006, it looked very intriguing, buying a property in St Vincents for £1000 It did seem a bit ‘too good to be true’.
I must admit , this did look a mouthwatering prospect, to own an income producing property on a 5 star resort on an idyllic Island in the Caribbean. I should say, that I have been tempted by these propositions before, and this seemed a lot more real than the Nigerian proposals I received on a daily basis We have usually been attracted to exotic places and exotic women. This did seem an outstanding opportunity, and deserved some further investigation. I was pleased to come across that the developer was based inside UK, and investors could visit the headquarters at any time.,
I decided that this investment definitely deserved a second look The payment alternative did appear great, and allowed investors to take equity of their properties, plus the developer would pay the associated interest. 3 years on and I’ve three properties inside the Caribbean. And two of them were paid for making use of my pension plan (SIPP)
